Project Overview
To continue educational excellence and boost its ability to recruit and retain world-class faculty, the University at Buffalo decided to relocate the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences to its new facility on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus.
The new space encompasses modern, state-of-the-art learning and research facilities that will encourage prospective students to study and practice in Buffalo. The building also includes classrooms and open spaces to promote collaboration, and a six-story, light-filled atrium to foster a strong sense of community. The building’s surgical and robotics suites will be used by students, medical residents, and professionals to learn the latest surgical and robotic skills.
